Master thesis deals with the order management process in the company XYZ Ltd. The thesis contains three main parts. The first part is evaluation of theoretical approaches to the solution, which is based on the literature. The next part is an analysis of the current state of the organization, where the issue of the order management in the organization is described. Based on this analysis , customized proposal solutions are made, to create added value for each activity to meet customer requirements.

This aim is paid to the second pars the thesis which is described the specific building order “The road I/35 Valašské Meziříči-Lešná, 2. stage” and the process of the company from the implementation of this order.

This thesis explains a theme of construction order preparation an management in construction company. Introductory part o thesis is focused on general specification of construction projects and other related therms. Next part o my diploma thesis deals with construction order preparation. I paid the main attention to process of choosing subcontractors and managing of construction order, I applied my gained knowledge to particular construction site in practical part of thesis. I created all the necessary documents for proper construction preparation, including time schedule, oranizational plan, financial plan and construction site layout plan. The last part is the evaluation of the results and comparing them with real case.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the management of the construction contract. The theoretical part explains the principle of project management and its sources. The output of the practical part is an analysis of a specific construction project, where is describing the way of managing the construction contract and creating measures in case of unexpected situations that arose during the construction. In addition, a time schedule is displayed, showing a difference from the original plan. Finally, were prepared two possible ways of a financial plan.

The theoretical part explains the principle of project management, contains information about life cycle of the project, about contractual relations between projectsand its sources. In the practical part describes the preparation and management of the public order for school construction. The output of the practical part is a time schedule is displayed, showing a difference from the original plan.

The Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the project management in the manufacturing company. At first the theoretical basis, is established, principles, themes and processes of the PRINCE2 defined. In the analytical sector the company is introduced, and the course of contract, based on project management perspective, is analyzed. Also, based on comparison, the differences between the current state and the approach of PRINCE2 are registered. Finally, the results of the analysis are applied for suggestion of changes, whose should be applied, to make project managed by the PRINCE2 methodology.
